Mandi and I got up super early Sat. morning, left for KCI at 6:30, got a little breakfast when we got there. Our flight left at 10:10 or something, landed at 11:45...WAIT! It was Mandi's first time to fly and she is THE biggest chicken on the planet and she did awesome. I get pretty freaked out when I fly without my family but we were big girls! Nervous big girls!
Anyway, we made it! Then we got on the train, which had some construction, so we took a bus around the construction. Then we took a taxi to our hotel! Whew! Talk about planes, trains and automobiles! (By the way, Sunday we took a boat ride!) AND THEN we started to walk and walk and walk and sorry! Did I mention we were STAR-VING?!?!? We found the first place that had food and luckily it was a Chipotle, which we both like very much! I can't believe I am doing this to myself but.. Mandi took a picture of my lunch because it was as big as my head!
The sad part is, I proudly ate the whole thing! Yuck!
More fun pics of our trip coming soon! Have a great weekend!

I have a couple of seconds to myself this morning while Averi is at school and I am cuddling Will while he sleeps, so I of corse checked Kathy's blog and decided to read my last blog entry since it's been too long to remember. Much to my dismay I have a new comment! "blog, looser" from Kathy!!! Here you go Coleman fans! Another borring blog! BUT, I promise, tommorw AM I am posting pictures of my half grown kids and will be sharing lots of exciting news about whats been going on with us! Hope everyone has a great day!
Please excuse any typos I am typing with one hand while I rock and am headed to work so no time for sp. check! :)

That is a good thing in my world! We have had something going on for the past few and for at least the next four in a row. Not this weekend! Bucky helped his friend Seth Friday night and the kids and I got Applebee's and McDonald's, visited Kendi for a little while and piled in the bed, watched TV and ate popcorn! Saturday I worked in the morning and the kids and I went to a horse sale. Not Bucky though, you know, his throat might swell shut! Saturday night we ate Applebee's with my parents. YUM! We never eat there but sometimes I crave it when I'm in the mood for snack foods like spinach dip! Averi sat by my mom and during dinner they decided to team up on me and beg for Averi to get to spend the night. I am weird about my kids staying the night places and my excuse has always been, "when they are big enough to ask to then they can!"..........Well, Averi is now big enough and she does, everyday! I like it that she likes to go but she has rules when she goes, like, no Will! That makes it a little more difficult on days that she HAS to go. Well, she ate to much marinara sauce with her cheese sticks and threw up all over my moms bed so I got a phone call and went to get her around 10. She never got sick again, though and has been fine all day today! She got to go back to her Nana's after church today to make up for it. Bucky, Will and I went to Lowe's in Sedalia and got a new mailbox. Then we drove around out in the country and dreamed about having land. Nice leisurely weekend! Katie, this probably still seems busy, but compared to Kathy, we're always in slow motion!
Speaking of Katie, my friend that lives in Kentucky. She, her husband, Jason, and some of their friends are going to be in the Country Music Marathon in Nashville to raise money for cancer. Yep, her Miley and several other big stars that I can't remember! Sorry Mandi, I know you would know! :) Kustom Klassics and High Maintenance are only a couple of her proud sponsors and if anyone else is interested I have the info. Hope everyone has a good night, week, month! Not sure how long it will take me to blog again
P.S. Prom is Saturday! Please pray that it's a good hair day for all involved! Thanks!

Oh I love it that it stays light out longer! Can you believe it is 6:30 pm and I am blogging? Me neither! Bucky will be excited. Usually I say I'll be down in 10 minutes and I end up sitting here for an hour. That's what happens when I don't get a little time everyday to blog and of corse read everyone elses! Bucky is outside working on the yard. Averi and Carleigh, our neighbor, are "helping". They just aked me for water because they are planting a garden!?!?!? I think it's a little chilly to start playing in the water, so I had to ruin thier plans. I think those two would just move in with each other if we would let them. Averi has had some issues with getting up for school since the time change. I know she is just wearing herself out because we play outside every chance we get and we are usually out there untill dark. That doesn't seem like a big deal untill we come in and still need baths and it's almost 9 and she seriously talks herself (and the rest of us) to sleep!!! Sometimes it takes hours!!!! I think it's cute when her eyes can not stay open and she is still talking BUT it's NOT cute the next morning...SO, I had to be the mean mom and enforce a 7:30 curfew on school nights. That's okay, right? She's 4! That gives us an hour for baths, picking out pj's, changing mind about pj's, reading books, etc...I like to have her at least in the bed by 8:30 so that just maybe she will be asleep by 9 or 9:30.
Will is loving outside too these days. If we are inside and he can see out a window he whines untill you lift him up to it or walk over so he can see out! When he gets there he cracks up and reaches for whatever is out there. I think he really likes trees right now. When we were outside yesterday he kept reaching up as high as he could and laughing. It was so cute! I would lift him up to touch the tree and of corse he tried to make out with it or eat it or something, but cheesing the whole time! He is sayng Mamamamama all the time now! Yay! I'm gonna check on the landscaping progress. Have a good night!

HAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!! I can NOT believe how many people I tricked on April Fools Day! I do love babies but are you kidding me? Only my friend Kendi is that crazy! Maybe next year........BUT, it is really interesting to know what everyone would really think and say if we did have another. I turned 26! on Thursday. I had a good birthday but 26 is not a very exciting age to turn. I have a feeling I will probably like it better than turning 27. Just Kidding! I sort of had a birthday week! Bucky's parents brought over some fresh shrimp on Wed. night and we had a "real cajun" shrimp boil!! One of my favorite things to do! Thursday, I worked, went to dance, came home to a nice dinner that Bucky made and he had my parents over. Very sweet! Friday, ahhhhhh! I only had one client so I spent the rest of the afternoo at the spa with my friend Kim. Then Bucky and I went to dinner at the winery. YUM! I love that place. Saturday, Averi and I went to look at a horse in Sedalia and watch Kim and Buddy barrel race. We had a good time and both are now in love with "Fuenta" (FO-EN-TAY) It's Spanish. He is SO awesome and we want him! Feel free to A. Make a donation. B. Pray that I win the lottery. or C. Call and convince my husband that he will be purchasing our daughter (and his wife's and maybe son's someday) safetyand horses this perfect DO NOT come around that often!!! 660-886-0681 Saturday afternoon Bucky kept the kids and several of my girlfriends and I were going to hang out on the blufftop at the winery because it was SO beautiful and my (still) birthday of corse! But, I changed our plans at the last minute! Are you surprised? I try really hard not to do stuff like that because I am the friend that every other friend feels they need to call 50 times to be sure I am ready or "for sure coming". At least my friends that have known me the longest. I do change my mind a lot but I like to think that I usually do what I say I'm going to. (Not sure if I'm right, we probably all like to think that about ourselves!) Or at least have gotten better over the years. Anyway, this time I have a good excuse. My Dad came to town! I hadn't seen him since Christmas and he mentioned earlier in the week that they were thinking about coming up. I didn't change any plans because he told me not to and I didn't know for sure if he was coming or not. He did! But they were going to play golf and hang out with us after so I got nervous that if we went to the winery I wouldn't get to see him so we went to Sedalia to Patricia's and ate on the patio. It was really fun! I haven't laughed that hard since the last time I hang out with those girls! We cracked up and told stories from "back in the day" for hours! Thanks girls!!!!! By the way that really good food I ate made me really sick Sat. night! I threw up all night! YUCK! I hate to puke! I cry and beg and pray and wake up Bucky just to whine! Today, Sunday, great day! I know I've said this before but I love Sundays! The kids and I met my dad and Paula for breakfast while Bucky got started working in the yard. Then I got to do Kathy and Cooper's hair (with the kids!). It was a short visit but we always love to get to see them. Averi pretends to cut hair when she is at the salon with me. She was really wanting to get ahold of Cooper but he's too fast for her....lucky for him! However, he was an angel for me! He always does a good job but sometimes it takes longer than others and requires more snacks! Today seemed like five minutes and it was a good lookin' hair cut if I say so myself! I hope they liked it! And, don't think I forgot the best and most patient trooper ever, Otey, got to come too! He helped corral kids while we took care of beauty needs! Later this afternoon we went to Lowe's and got some brick to landscape our yard more. Actually, redo what we worked SO hard on last Summer....if you're thinking "wasn't she big, fat, and pregnant last summer?" YES! The answer is YES and I was quite proud of what WE had accomplished. That's hard work on a fat girl! And we just got a new front door (the thing that has bugged me most about our house since we bought it two years ago) so I was SO excited to get started landscaping the front yard..................BUT, my super annoying anal husband decided that he dosen't really like the edging we already put down and that we need to tear it out and put bricks down and that the side yard has to be done before we start on the front! AAAAAAAAHHHHHHHH! The great part is that we all got to be outside untill dark. Will got to taste dirt, rocks, leaves, grass and others I'm sure we missed! By the end of the day he would pick up something and be heading straight for his mouth and we could just say WILL and he would drop it! It reminded me of training a puppy. You gotta love a chubby cheeked, dirty face baby boy! AND a princess that will dig for worms! Have a good week!

I'm sure most of you already know this but, my dad lives in Buffalo, Mo. There was bad weather there yesterday. Not sure if it was a tornado or high winds but it looks awful! He and his wife were actually in Springfield during the worst of it. Thank God they and the rest of our family there are okay! Check out the devistaion at http://www.buffaloreflex.com/site/tab2.cfm?newsid=19440175&BRD=2841&PAG=461&dept_id=603504&rfi=6 and say a little prayer for the families affected! I ALWAYS prefer south over north but man, southern MO has sure gotten the worst of the weather for the past few years! I hope everyone has a great night! It sort of looked like Spring today! Keep your fingers crossed!
P.S.I'm pregnant! :)
